2. What We Collect

Account-based service: CoachHQ is a personalised coaching platform. Once we launch, an account will be required to provide core features such as saving your favourite videos and lesson plans, tracking your coaching history, sharing resources with colleagues, and synchronising your coaching profile across devices and the companion mobile app. Without an account, we cannot reliably provide these account-specific features or prevent loss of your saved content if you change devices or reinstall the app.

• Name, email address, and profile information (when you create an account)
• Launch list registration data (email, sport interest, signup source) when you join our pre-launch list
• Coaching context: the sports you coach, the level you coach at (e.g. school, club, academy), and your content preferences
