Lydia is one of England's most decorated cricketers — representing England 225 times across all formats during a career spanning over 13 years, lifting two World Cups, and winning five Ashes Series. She was named England's Player of the Year and shortlisted for ICC World Player of the Year.

She's been coaching since the age of 17 and has spent the years since building grassroots coaching businesses, mentoring the next generation, and working as a commentator and analyst at the highest levels of the game.

Lydia leads the vision and product direction at CoachHQ — bringing the lived experience of an elite athlete and a working coach to everything we ship.

Pratim is also CEO & Co-Founder of Striide, a sister sports-tech venture, and brings 25 years of leadership across technology, data and AI — with senior roles spanning AWS, Microsoft and Capgemini.

He is an ECB Level 1 cricket coach himself, currently coaching Under-13 girls' cricket — a team crowned Essex Champions in 2024 and 2025. A former member of the ECB ESG Committee, he combines deep experience across business, sport and governance to build platforms that are commercially sustainable and purpose-led.
